Q1. Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample order needs about 1week, bulk and container orders need 2-3 weeks.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ requirement?
A: 1pc for sample testing is acceptable.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: by sea, by air and express for option. Sample orders normally use door to door express DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT or by air to the local airport. Bulk and container orders by sea.
Q5. How to proceed an order online ?
A: Send us your inquiry online first, we'll confirm exactly price including shipping cost for you. After your confirmation of total cost, online insurance trading order will be made for you. You can pay through Visa, T/T , WesternUnion online directly.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo ?
A: With MOQ requirements of different products, OEM service is acceptable. Normally 300pcs is acceptable to print customized logo.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, 3-5 years warranty provided for our products.
Q8: How to deal with the after service?
A:Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate is controlled less than 0.2%. During the guarantee time, if any unit confirmed failed because of quality problem, we will send new unit to do replacement.
